During a sweep our brushes are required to exit the chimney flues to ensure your fires are safe to use
Pots and cowls are built to withstand sweeps and are the responsibility of the householder to ensure they are fit for sweeping
We cannot therefore be responsible for any exterior fittings that come off during the process of sweeping if they are either poorly fitted or perished
